Refunds & Returns Policy (Digital Products)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded. Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold.
Refunds will only be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law, for example if:
- the digital file is defective or corrupted
- the download does not work or cannot be accessed as intended
If you experience any issues accessing or using your purchase, please contact us via the contact form on this website. Support will be provided to resolve the issue, including replacing the file where appropriate.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- lack of use or misunderstanding of the product
- change of mind
- accidental purchase
